The Jolly 7-3 The Rack Pack

a much needed win against a somewhat depleted Pack...all over by 10PM, but some good frames seen during the evening

good crack with loads of banter

cheers Gents handshake

Unpreds 6 - 4 Warbank
At 5 - 0 up expectations of a 10 - 0 victory turned out to be premature. The 1st half was quick but the 2nd was probably quicker as the Warbank made 2 substitutions and rattled off 4 from 5 with some clinical finishes.

Special mention to Nature Boy Rick Flair who dished off Mick's break with great composure under pressure. thumb

Always a good craic with the Warbank and quality pool all round. Good luck for the rest of the season lads!

Ps. Scorchio has promised a patflynesque write up of this match... don't believe a word of it! butter wouldn't melt ...

What a night 5-0 down with the opposition having the run of the balls big time!!

Our guy potting the black mid game. Their guys getting double kisses of balls everywhere and snookering us.

Never known a team to have so much luck in one evening!!

Glad we never have to play them again this season, no wonder they are so far up the table with that much luck!!

roll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughing

On a serious note, lady luck does even out over the course of the season we had it big time against the pond last week but in the first 5 last night a few games we didnt have the run of the green.

A great 2nd half comeback last night to win 4 of the next 5. Nature Boy rolled back the years last night with a top draw dish. Since he has heard about the draw for the KO cup this man is unstoppable!

Watch out the Eden Nature Boys gonna break you in two!! laughing

Always a pleasure to play the Unpredicts... Cheers Guys! applause

Great night giving it large to the pointer which was answered with a 5 zip at the half way mark.

We digged deep into the locker and found some form winning 4 out the five second set, schweeet.

Goodluck to the Unpredictables, hey not that they need luck hehe !! point and laugh laughing

well I am impressed to cut your record down to 90.9% awesome let's just remember it's only one frame anyone can win A frame. It's only been three months. Sparky I glad u didn't mention anything about ally because on Monday I saw you practise with ally, sorry use him sparring practise and he got KO'd.
He could not clear two balls up when the pressure was off. I think he won A frame if that out of 4amd a half hours of pool rolling back the years. Congratulations ally on a good dish, making the warbank premature ejaculate. If it takes a player to win one frame for a big write up then the small mentality of your team us Eden boys will make Monday very difficult believe me. One frame who's a clever boy. We will cut you down to size you short pudding LOL good morrow see you on Monday boys oh by the way well done for pulling 4/5
I think I got a bite ... And it's a big one

Thats just typical of you Addington yobs..... giving it large to the smallest player in the team. I also noticed you give it large to our wee scotish hustler tsk tsk no wonder Clive Taylor does not play for you louts lol

The 193's 8 - 2 Pond Q's...

I am surprised that we have not heard from Pat as yet, telling us how unlucky his lads were last night!! violin

This is probably because they had already used their share of luck against us the first time they played us!! laugh

The funniest thing about the match was in Mark Hartley-Miller's second game; Mark played a great plant into the bottom corner... 26, yes 26 seconds later, after a conflab with some of his team-mates, Gary Rawlings pipes up: "Was that a foul" - was he watching the game on satellite for gods sake!! laughing
