Well done guys the teams performance was out standing
being 8-1 down in the first set.
getting stuck in and taking set 2 6-3, then
going on to take the final set 5-4 and pilling the presure on
premier all night.
yes it was a loss but 12 frames well earned.
Final score 15-12 to premier P.l
SO WELL DONE GUYS. |

A better performance from us, we went a bit quiet after the bashing we got in the 1st set, but we won a couple of games and started getting the decibels up and went on a bit of a roll.
Watching the last couple of games 14-13 either way would have been just about the right result but not to be. |

Excellent solid 'TEAM' performance from Croydon B, last night. 8 nil down, johnny Prothero, grinded out a solid frame, to turn the corner for Croydon. Re stored confidence in place, hopefully build from here : )
Grinding out frames is a must, nothing flash, just simple pool ; ) and gd vocals also, which has been missing : (
Well done to Steve and the boys, enjoyable evening!!

Logged in to babble about the Eden, so thought I'd give you guys the credit you deserve while I'm here.
Great game on Sunday, we thought we were going to put up a cricket score at 8-0 up, but you fought back very well.
Thought some of the pool you played was very solid, and you made very few mistakes, under a fair amount of pressure.
On another night (without some of the luck we had in the first set), you would have won, and we wouldn't have had much to complain about if you had.
You are so much better than your A team  |

Burn, ur a true gentlemen! thanx for the nice compliments. i'm sure the b's can build from that result!? Its the mental side of the game that had been lacking in my eyes in recent results, (the mind is bloody complex) as far as ability goes, croydon have two decent inter league teams!
