I have examined the Leagues current funds and with the Executive Committee's full approval, I hereby give notice that the new season subscription fee will remain be £155.00 (there are no rebates from 2015). A reduction of £15 will be given to all teams who opt to have their weekly mailshots sent via a valid e-mail address and this address should be included on the attached entry form (any undelivered e-mails will result in hard copies being furbished with a £1 surcharge per mailshot) and a further reduction of £5.00 for all teams that opt not to have pre-stamped result cards furbished but will scan and e-mail their completed match cards to the League Secretary after every home game in all team competitions.
For the benefit of any New Team that is considering application into the League, this fee will include for all 22 Divisional League Matches, entry into all K/O Competitions being: Team, Singles and Doubles, entry into the subsidiary competitions being: Secretary Trophy, Divisional Singles and costs towards Stationary, Postage, Printing and General Running costs. Can you confirm your application to join the League by completing and returning the enclosed Application Form as the administration for the new season requires the submitting of this form to the League Secretary together with a minimum of 5 players registrations (see reverse of the application form) by no later than FRIDAY 18th MARCH 2016 to which the Subscription Fee must also be enclosed.
For those teams that play from any Riley’s venue then you must submit the difference from the £100 that they contribute towards your subscription Fee. NO TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ENTRY IF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS NOT ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM: ie, NO PAY - NO PLAY.
Singles, Doubles and Team K/O Entry Forms will be forwarded to all accepted teams on Saturday 19th March 2016.
It is intended that the season will "Break-Off" on Monday 9th May and conclude on Tuesday 4th October.
