Heard that the Pawleyne and RRP drew in a suprise 5-5 result. Wasn't there as was playing bingo. Apparantley being a tart in mens pool is the way forward.

Well that's a 9 point lead for the Unpredictables and with there being no bonus points it looks like honours have already been decided . .
. . it's certainly the first time The Prop have lost back to back league matches for a good few years!

I had an idea that might have been the scoreline going into frame 10 . . .

... and you were right,
they were missing a couple of usual suspects, but you've still got to take your chances |

Ummm. . my point was that if you won 6-4, there couldn't have been any other scoreline going into the last.
Never mind, it's late. |

You've left Marky Milner with a 0% success rate as the Prop Captain!
I wouldn't want to be the one on the receiving end of Macca's phone call . .
Macca - "Mark . . It's Macca . . How did we get on last night?"
Mark - "Well . . "

Not much good pool played by either team, several games that no one seemed to want to win. 11.15 finish. |

Surrey 193's 8-2 The Foreign Legion.
A slightly under par Legion side, with no Steve Deegan or Glen Houston
That said, probabably just as well...
It might have been 10-0 !!
Just kidding lads.
We took control and took our chances well, a great bunch of lads, always a pleasure. |

It was indeed 5-5 between us and The Pawleyne (again!)... both teams not playing to their best contributed to a very late finish... |

That's a pretty intimidating lead.
I hope they hang on, will be nice to finally see them get some reward for thier graft, and I don't think anyone would deny M O'D the chance to lift the title.
With everyone else seemingly falling apart at the seams, it should be plain sailing.
We'll have a 9 way fight for Relegation come the last week.

Remember however that it's only the Summer League title so in the overall scheme of things it isn't worth a wank

Yes it would be nice to see MOD lift the title - according to the stats, the closest he has come was Runner Up in both 2004 and 2005 Summer Leagues. |
