At 2-0 up we missed a black and very quickly found ourselves 3-2 down but we nicked the last 2 games including an excellent black from Eric Oley in the decider.

Pond Q 3-4 Legion
A good win with only six players & a very enjoyable night with the Pond boys.
I hate travelling to these away games though, we had to travel all the way past one table to get to the venue 
I would rather be playing golf |

A terrible game won by the luckiest team in the league. I can see why they're top !! I have created a young vibrant attacking team who consistently play wonderful df's all through the game. Unfortunately we were beaten by a team of battle-hardened old soldiers who have already been through several previous campaigns. Now I know how Arsenal must have felt after they'd played Birmingham and Wigan !! |

Sass,the last time that we played your team,we thrashed you within an inch of your lives. Since then,I appreciate that you bashed up the Beagles. In my opinion this probably makes us the best team in the Croydon Pool League !! Logic doesn't tell lies !! |
