Can anyone explain to me the ruling on signing players
at this stage of the season?
I assume you can bring in unsigned players but can't get anyone
from other teams? Is this about right?
A big well done to the Hotshots last week. If you're looking
for a new CHALLENGE, you could sign up for the Bloodhounds.
Could you make us great?
No cheap comments please!! |

To the best of my knowledge transfers are allowed at any stage of the season as long as both team secretaries agree to it . . I think there used to be a ?2.50 fee but not sure if that is still the case . . Just a case of both secretaries letting Mark Halsey know and that's that . . |

I would expect Mr.Evans to be fully conversant with the transfer rules. He's alredy played for about a dozen different teams during his mercurial rise to where he is today !! |

Shut up - I went to my last two teams to help out because they were struggling for players. The Goodfellas now get 7 every week and are many points clear at the top of their Division and now at the Coney, they're seeing a revived team and getting well needed points and wins back on the board.
I dunno - you try to help out & you get slated for it . . .

You have seven players. Just so happens that two of them deem it acceptable to verbally cheer in the white ball, that's all . . . |

We didn't have 7 players until last night.
And as for the verbal, you know I wasn't happy about that

I didn't know that H, but I wasn't aware you were going to fold because of lack of players. I knew you were having player 'difficulties', but that was before all my operations and hospital visits. I only stopped playing for the Goodfellas because of my health problems and stuff, so I guess the Coney were just lucky/unfortunate* to get me at that time (delete as appropriate).
I know you weren't happy about what happened last night - it all blew over quick enough. I'd just watch out that it doesn't happen in a game where people might take it a little more personally, that's all... Wouldn't really like to see the outcome of that happening in Lewisham for example . . :box: |

I don't think we were ever considering folding, but it was getting frustrating not being to field a full squad.
