Joe earned himself a quarter final place at the National Amateurs, and gave 2-time World Champion Carl Morris his sternest test on his way to the title, just losing out 7-5.
According to Breeny this kid is the real deal, and is getting better and better all the time.
Breeny rarely talks anyone up, so it's an opinion that is of value.
