Title decider decided emphatically...5 points ahead before tonight, we only needed 3 for consecutive divisional titles...4-1 up at halfway sorted that issue out....
Don't get me wrong, nearly every frame was a scrap, the only one that wasn't decided the divisional singles....Ryan Achkar got one shot but still won it because Chris Bateman, having played fantastically, had the misfortune to drop the white after potting the black...Ryan even said afterwards he felt bad because he didn't deserve it...from our point of view *******happens....
If my calculations are correct, the divison finishes:
Penge 137
A. Ship 131
Lodgers 130
Misfits 129
It is always a tough match with the Misfits, and there is a degree of rivalry, but in a friendly manner, because we know how much of a threat the other team is...depending on how the divisions pan out next summer, I expect the Misfits to be favourites if they don't get shuffled up....they are a good team...
