If anyone from Croydon fancies playing in the lewisham league the refugees are looking for a couple of players ..
Playing against teams like the betterhalfs with players sure as

It's not desperate at all just wanted to see if other players like jacko that hate the betterhalfs would fancy playing for a histroric team
Plus having 3 players and needed 5, I had to come back and help out my old team !!!

Had 3 players? 8 of you turned up and 3 of you was new signings. So how would you have had 3 players. The players who play week in and week out and get dropped just cos your playing us. Great team that is :-)

Andy I dont quite get your reply mate..... You claim you had to come down coz you was short... Well in the first set you rested 3 players and even left 1 player at home you rested tommy, Jeremy,efdal and you even left mr Hearn at home so although me and you are really good friends now I have to say your wrong on that 1 sir. All I am gonna say is get more players if u must but my team is good enough to beat any 1 look forward to the returning leg then.

Forgive me if I'm not mistaken, but isn't this the Croydon chat forum !
So what are you chatting Lewisham business on here for lol.
Oh yes because the Lewisham site won't allow you to post anything and you don't know how else to air your frustrations. The saxtonator has suggested many times to the committee that he can quite easily make the Lewisham site into a chat forum aswell but Mr. Ruffer doesn't want it purely for this reason. So let's not bore the Croydon Lads with the politics of Lewisham.
I am the founder of all Better Halfs teams and all the Guys & Gals are respectable and well mannered people. I don't recruit anybody of a different nature. So what are you trying to suggest ?
Was it a Better Halfs player who assaulted another player of the opposition ? Was it a Better Half player who messed up the table through the frustration of loosing ?
And all of this with the League chairman there watching and states that he saw nothing. Funny that hey ! Even your new signing, the League chairman of SLKPA being there and witnessing everything and saying nothing.
Quite laughable really and all this because my captain chose not to accept a postponement and he was clearly within his rights.
As lapsy daisy has it is and you being an ex back on side, I think you should take time out and read the constitution and pay particular attention to bullet points 15 & 17 then make a fair judgement rather than a biased opinion.
The Better halfs did nothing wrong apart from out play you guys and therefore were not worthy of the Refugee's attacks on them.
Oh and Andy as apparantly you don't know, we have other team mates aswell, I am one, teach is another as to is Chas.

And for the record Steve !! Remember your words this is a Croydonpool web site not a lewisham yet I think you've out done yourself !!
As u could see I didn't mention anything about the game just wanted to see if other players from Croydon would like to play for the greatest team lewisham has and always will
