CROYDON SINGLES LEAGUE IS BACK AGAIN !!!
Start Date: Thursday 6th January 2011
Full fixture lists will be available soon and will also be issued to all players on the above date. As before, the season will run for 18 weeks including KO Cup and 3 scheduled break weeks (to keep up with any postponements etc).
Fees
The entry fees are the same as last season, with same system for payment. As opposed to ?drip-feeding? the table fees, I have encompassed it in the entry fee (which now also includes the first round of the KO Cup). Subsequent rounds of the KO Cup will still be ?2 per match, as before, for the duration of the player?s ?survival?. This means the initial entry total is now ?60.
Payment methods
As always, payments are strictly required prior to the season starting. Unlike previous seasons, however, Rileys are not part of the payment process this time, so entry fees need to be paid to me, either in person or by electronic banking (for the league's bank account details please contact me by text [07775 791 910], email [mark_stallard@hotmail.com] or Private Message on CroydonPool.com or Facebook)
To make it easier for players there are two payment options:
Option A: Full payment of ?60 before the season starts.
Option B: Two-part payment :-
This method requires an initial fee of ?40 (as before) and the remaining ?20 balance to be paid, in full, by the 3rd February (this will enable the cost to spread over 2 pay days).
Divisional Status
The entries and divisions have been finalised and are shown below. As always, these started according to finishing positions last season. There have been a few players drop out which have made way for new entrants from the reserve list and also means that some players have been ?shuffled up? where appropriate.
On 6th January, all players will be issued with full fixture lists, season schedule and a set of the CSL Rules.

Mark, when sdoes the comp run too? The only thing is I am away for 2 weeks in February and 1 in April. If I have to rearrange 3+ games there probably isn't much point me retaining my space. I dont know what your resecvre list looks like but Metin is a premier standard player so it will make little difference if he takes my place.

The season is the usual 18 weeks, so it finishes with Finals and Presentation Night on 5th May. I'll post the full schedule once I'm back at a PC, so you can see where the breaks fit in before you decide what to do. |

Only 4 weeks to go before the season starts. Don?t forget payment is direct to CSL?s own bank account now, instead of over the bar at Rileys. I will send banking details on request by email (I?m still on holiday, so I won?t send a mass text message or it?ll cost me a fortune).
Once I return on Sunday I will, of course, be hassling everyone in the usual way.

Mark I am missing 3 weeks so with that in mind see no other choice than pulling out. Sorry to mess you around. Should you not find a replacement then I shall play, but my prefernece as above is not to.
