OK, now the main league has finished, we're onto the Plate Event and Winners' Cash Comp.
Both these events will be played this Thursday (21st Oct). Due to the nature of the events, there can be no postponements so if you can't make this week, unfortuantely, you can't enter.
'FREE' PLATE COMP
The Plate is for all players who finished 5th or lower, in all divisions, to go into a KO Comp for a chance to win some cash, and a nice Plate, of course). The initial stage will be a random draw, then it's straight knockout, with no handicaps, over a shorter format. It's all paid for from your initial entry fees, so you've got nothing to lose.

WINNERS' CASH COMP
In recent seasons, we've run a cash comp for the those lucky enough to have won some cash by finishing the league in the top 4 of each division. This comp will be drawn on the night and is not included in the entry fee (but by being eligible, you'll have some cash to play with). Usually it's only a token ?5 entry. As a non-formal event, details can be agreed by those present on the night but, to give us an idea on numbers, please let me know if you'll be there for it.
