The Warbank 7-3 Maple Tree
Was 5-0 up and then the Maple Tree clawed it back to 5-2, but earning a nice little win for 7-3.
Ken rolling back the years with a good performance winning both his games.
Good crack with a bare 5 from us.
Roll on the plate final next Monday, are we going to win the plate cup for a 3rd time?? who knows?? |

Eden 5-5 193's
Truly weren't at the races tonight good 2/2 from Metin and Tom and 1/1 from myself uncharacteristically barry had a mare but every good player has a bad day and he's had a fantastic season oh well
On to our opponents the 193's were solid and probably deserved to win 6-4 but with our lead down to 12 only need a maximum of 8 frames against the legion with the warbank making a possible 10 zip hard game for the warbank next week if the 193's are at the races good luck to the warbank in the plate however the league I feel is out of their grasp truly. I expect us to be crowned champions at home a rather fitting end to the Eden era.
Funny night after the game a select few of the future rack pack players returned to suzy's and german saluting and walking round like hitler will always be a happy memory.

4-0 and we didnt kno what had hit us. i think we literally forgot how to play pool. take nothin away from the imps, deserved to win, took their chances well. but we were awful.  |
