Eden 8-2 maple tree

lifeless performance from us and still managed to win possibly the worst performance ever I am finally beaten this season in my second frame the boys enjoyed that lol only one who played well was tom Telford just shows our strength. Kyle and tom away for two weeks so might need to draft in others

good luck to the maple tree for rest of the season see you on your kids table lol

Yeah we struggled for an atmosphere tonight, Maple Tree really deserved more. Hopefully we can find a bit of life in the weeks to come as we won't get away with performances like that for much longer!!

you say that but we can that's why were struggling for performances and an atmosphere we need a kick up the back side to get us going I never imagined it would be this
easy. If that's not an encouragement for anyone to beat us then I don't know what is although I say that not in arrogance I just want us to be tested. Got a tough test next week with tom n Kyle away and to go to the patriots in the ko cup is probably just what we need.

Yeah totally agree, monday nights a big night. At the moment we're big fish in a small pond and on monday we get the chance to prove or disprove that we can handle ourselves amongst the top teams in division 1. Shame I can't be there would have enjoyed beating our first 1 division rival Wink

LockStock 4-6 Imperials
Obviously we need to be more arrogant like the Eden boys, we got bashed up by a poor side, no disrespect to them but we really should have had an easy win tonight, some very poor pool from both sides, myself especially. I honestly dont remember one decent game. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Imps 6-4 Lock Stock.
Could have been so much better with the Imps missing 2 blacks in the first set. Could have been 4-1. BUT, it was not to be. But a 6-4 win to put our first win on the board is more than welcome.
Always have a plan 'B'
Even plan 'B' has failed

The Warbank 4-6 Goodfellas

Have to say it was the worst performance by the Warbank since I joined them last year, none of us played well, missing easy chances. How we got 4 frames, I dont know.

All the best to Mark and co for the rest of the season, well played and played in excellant spirits.
applause

oakie cokies 8 - 2 flying machine

awful. second 8-2 on the trot.
could of been a little better for us if we hadnt thrown away simple chances, like my black against shaggy but hey ho. well played oakies, took their chances well, they had a full team last night rather than other weeks like they said so hopefully they can start pulling themselves up the league.

all the best and see you at our place, hopefully our table will be all sorted by then .

Actually I said the complete opposite lol! I said how we are small fish atm cause we haven't played well yet but are managing to win somehow!! And me and farron are both trying to get a bit more competition going on in division 2, you had your chance week one Pfft. We shouldn't have won every game so far, we could be lower down the table, but we aren't so who's guna try and catch us?! Grin

So in which part of 'We are big fish in a small pond', have I not understood! lol.

Anyway nobody is likely to beat you guys over the course of a season because despite having some choppers all in all you have the best team/group of players in the league.

Very few seasons are won by outsiders, although they have there day in the sun a la Blooodhounds against us a couple of seasons ago, with the best will in the world they wouldn't be able to complete over the distance.

So in answer, everybody is gonna try to catch you, but all will fail.

I was trying to say that with our team in division 2 we look like big fish cause of the results we're getting but cause we haven't played one of the top teams yet we can't call ourselves a big team, we're always guna be small fish until we actually win something, there's along way of the season to go yet!!

And I hope your right with your prediction! lol
