The Rocket v Chris Bensalem has to be the the of the round for sheer entertainment value alone.

Draw of the round has to be Rod Altes v Scott Lansing.

Scott won't be fazed with playing Rod, and is playing some top stuff at the moment, so it would be no upset to see Scott turn over Altes.

Rip him up was a bit strong.

Seeing Scott grind out a win, will do for me.

He is probably at best a 3-1 chance. Scott is playing very well at the moment so I have no qualms over best of 3's about bigging up his chances.

It's a best of 3 . . .
Anyone (Within reason) can beat anyone with a bit of good fortune.

What Rod has (and desrvedly so) is an image of Invincibility, which most of the great players in this league have. Thier reputations alone can win them frames, with players falling to pieces before a ball is hit.

Scott, however, I've always got the impression, has no time for reputations, so has an advantage straight away.
It's a massive challenge, but Scott certainly has the ability.
In a best of 3 with players of this calibre, the break cannot hold enough emphassis (Spelling??).

Break is King.

David Sayer 0 - Big Paul Whooley 2.

I'm always confident on that snooker table, apart from the fact it is slower than a snail carrying Billy Wink

Thanks John. I don't like winning frames through in-offs; it should have gone to the deciding frame. Sad

Last 32 - not bad for an old, fat, Division 4 bird . . .

You're quite funny for a young, skinny fella with all his own hair . . .
