A few people have been asking me about this rumour that has recently been circulating...

Here's the facts:

At the moment we have 3 players who I can say are available for our first fixture. We do have a 4th player but I'm refusing to even be in the same room as him at the moment.

If we drop from the league, then I guess we become a bye, and everyone else picks up average wins. Hurricanes (our venue) won't be happy as they have paid our entrance fee.

It's also hard on myself and Peter who turn up week after week, to just deal with s**t the whole time. We are both desperate to give Div 1 a good go this season, but I'm just not sure we can.

I guess, this Tuesday at the Imperials will be our last chance to thrash something out. If anyone has any other ideas please help!!!

Signing Sly294 could be the start of keeping your team afloat.

That would be a way forward to resolve this issue, hopefully some players who fancy playing in Div 1 will jump at the chance of joining this team. Teach and Peter are a good bunch of lads!!
Fingers crossed things will be sorted soon, hopefully this team will not fold.

It's a shame you didn't ask earlier, I signed for the Small Pots last week but if I hadn't then I'd have happily made the trip down Thornton Heath High Street to help you make up numbers and get some time in D1...

Oh well.
