Beech Tree 0 - 10 Maple Tree
Great result where everything went our way. Throws the title race wide open again. |

Flying Machine 7-3 Farley Eden
Maple Tree two points clear.
Nights like this really make me feel why i play. This is ridiculous. Couple of players really need to look at themselves and ask do i really want to fight for this team, on tonights performance obviously not. No point beating around the bush we were ALL sh.it minor bickering and talking about the KO Cup definetly didnt help. Needed to focus on the task in hand now is the time to look forward to KO cup. We were more like the Eden Pretenders. Take nothing away from the flying machine they took their chances we could talk about how we were unlucky they were lucky tired whatever excuses that come to mind but the bottom line we was NOT good enough and thats pathetic.
I think I got a bite ... And it's a big one |

cheers farron.
games just went our way tonight. it definitely wasn't the same eden team who beat us 8-2 at their place, but then again, DEFINITELY was not the same flying machine. We started playing really well at last, beating the maple tree last week and now the eden, but too late in the season to make a difference. Once again it'll be a mid table finish.
but i will say this... bring on the waddon monday night |

The only good thing about our result is that we got one frame more than the beechtree!!!! lol....
A good night with the oakies, good banter, just a shame the result didn't reflect how close the match really was....I'm not saying we deserved to win, but 7-3 would certainly have been nearer the mark....Any side that boasts Shaggy, Jake Hanes, Mickey P, the Fearne brothers and Jamie Mc is always going to be tough to beat....and so it proved!
Well done guys!! |

Even though we got thumped 10-0 we all still had a great laugh last night. Some quality displays from the Maple. Great bunch of lads, good luck for the rest of the season
AGM tomorrow, hopefully we can get our week 14 'walkover against' overturned.

Our result flattered us massively. We did deserve to win, but the Seaman could have and should have easily won 2 or 3 more.
Sorry Luke!!!!!

This is how the table stands:
Maple Tree 90
Farley Eden ?A? 88
Oh The Oakie Cokies 87
The Waddon Wizards 75 +2
Flying Machine 73 +1
Farley Dukes 70 +1
The Folly 68 +1
Farley Loyalists 65 +1
The Seamen 54
Beechtree 50
Before last night looked like the Eden would win the league, 5 points clear with 5 to play. With the maples 10-0, oakies 9-1 & us beating the eden its turned it into a very close finish!

The table above might not be correct.
I made that using my table i made last week, using the scores posted on the site. JamieMc, you posted that the oakies won 7-3. Looking at the league sheets, that says you won 6-4. if so the oakies should now be on 86, not 87.
Revised:
Maple Tree 90
Farley Eden ?A? 88
Oh The Oakie Cokies 86
The Waddon Wizards 75 +2
Flying Machine 73 +1
Farley Dukes 70 +1
The Folly 68 +1
Farley Loyalists 65 +1
The Seamen 54
Beechtree 50
Jamie, what was last weeks actual score?

The Waddon Wizards 75 +2
Flying Machine 73 +1
Farley Dukes 70 +1
The Folly 68 +1
Farley Loyalists 65 +1
The Seamen 54
Beechtree 50 |

The Folly 5-5 Farley Loyalists
Real see-saw game but 5-5 was probably fair by the end. Unlike the games above this was a true mid-table nothing to play for game but that didn't stop some great effort on both sides.
Some unwanted javelin throwing from our first player when he lost aside, the match was played in a good banter-filled atmosphere. Good luck for the rest of the season lads.
Dogger - based on the published week 14 table the Loyalists had 66 so they should now be on 71. |

With two games in hand the Waddon aren't out of the mix either. All they need is a couple more walkovers ... |
