Has anyone got a copy of the registraion/sign up form for the 2009/10 Winter season they can email me please?
I've got everything else, but can't seem to find the form anywher to sign the players up. |

I can email you one tomorrow.
Oh, and when you do start signing people up, don't sign some bloke called Dan Reeks, he's a bit rubbish.
