Elmer Lodgers 8 Waddon Hounds 2

A very good result for us with some nice finishes. Hopefully will have allowed us to gain more ground on the Enmore Social who were 3 points ahead

As JamieMC mentioned on a different Division 4 thread they woopped us 8-2Sad. Fair play to them..yes we went to conquer but their finishing was superior to ours last night.

They have been the best team in the Divi 4 this year. We had some chances, but the 2 games which they 'let' us win.

Well played Fella's. Worthy League Champsapplause

Next week against the Elmer Lodgers at The Nuthouse promises to be quite the battle. Good win for them last night too.

The Ship 7 v 3 The William

But for 2 in-off blacks, would have been 9-1 but eh ho ...
Just to echo what Beachtree has said well played the big spuds, worthy champs indeed clapping

Farley Small Pots 6 - 4 The Thicket Tavern

Had a great start again going 4-1 up at the end of the 1st set.
Whether it was the break at half time to munch our pizzas (yum yum) or the Thicket Tavern coming back out battling hard, I'm not sure, but we seemed to lose momentum in the 2nd set, losing the next 3 frames.

We obviously were hoping to get a better result to close the gap between us, but on the night it wasn't to be.

Good luck to the guys for the rest of the season.

Two tough games ahead for us with the Big Pots, leaders of the division and the Enmore Social at 3rd....but if we keep our heads screwed on right, and focus on our frames, there shouldn't be any reason why we shouldn't give them a good run for their money.

Come On The Farley Spuds!!!
