Hotshots 6 - 4 Bloodhounds

A result we would have taken at the start of the night, and we started off well moving into a
3-1 lead before being pegged back. Strong showings from Rod and Steve for them, and from Nelio for us! applause

good win at the jolly last night for the cuemasters! work related problems meant i couldnt make it but heard it was a good match with a masterfull finish at the end by mr roberts! never easy to get a result at the jolly plus over recent weeks they have been in superb form so good to come away with the points!

Patriots 8-2 Farley Eden

After the drumming they had taken the week before full credit to the Patriots for last nights win. We didn't get the run of it in a couple of frames which seems to happen when its backs to the wall time but overall we can have no complaints for what we eventually took away from this match. It was another below standard performance, another week when my players need to look at themselves in the mirror and ask whether they want Div 1 pool next season or an ongoing future representing an Eden side.

We can't keep on relying on other sides to keep loosing to keep us in Div 1. Though they are all doing a pretty good job at the moment, we still need 2 wins from the remaining 3 to make sure.

As Chris says, I wasn't happy because we had no luck at all. Any good fortune that was to be had, went to them. We really should have won the match because we are a far better side. Fate is cruel and we will just have to learn to live with it. I was going to add that they are very lucky, but anyone who has seen their ugly faces would know that I was telling lies !! PfftPfft

Maybe pat, if you asked the unpredictables very nicely for just one of there many trophies they won last season you could send it to the emirates stadium, there's a rumour the trophy cabinet there has been a bit bare recently (when I say recently I mean the last four years )Pfft
WHY SO SERIOUS?

Sounds like the pond Q-ueers have something in common with arsenal a empty trophy cabinet or am I mistaken do they hand out trophies for being relegated or the worst team in Croydon. Pondlife the single cell ameoba yet so advanced with his brave statements that pond are better than the unpreds LOL 19-1 speaks for itself plus that frame they give you was a present because they didn't want to maul you 20 zip
I think I got a bite ... And it's a big one

I despair that what was meant as an intended humorous comment could be misconstrued by so many pea-brains !! As for the mighty Gunners: be warned==He who laughs last, laughs loudest !!
