in keeping with the theme...

Coach and Horses 5-5 The Seamen

We are fast becoming draw specialists, with the added rider of winning the last frame to get the draw....this is the third consecutive week....

Wont say too much, other than the first five went in favour of the home team, in fortune, and result (4-1), and after losing the 6th, a hiding was on the cards....things went our way in the last 4 frames to get the draw...to the extent that I was the beneficiary of an in-off black in the last frame....

Both teams needed a win to help their chances of staying up, but both teams will be pleased not to have lost.....well we certainly are!!!laughing

SAS 4 - 6 Farley Loyalists

We really should have got a better result that 6-4 after we were 6-1 up but we suffered a slight tail end collapse this week. All in all it was an enjoyable night!

Good luck for the remainder of the season to the SAS. thumb

Not Much change at the top of the table this week,
The main difference is we now have a clear 1,2,3,4 & 5
rather than 1st, joint 2nd & joint 3rd.

The Forum have been missing Trevor for the past few weeks hence their poor results lately. Unfortunately for us he was there last night and as far as i am aware there for the rest of the season. A massive player for the Forum in the final few weeks...

With the Imps game in hand they could go top of the league but are already 2-1 down and the Flying Machine are a good side its going to be a close call. I predict a 5-5 draw which would them on 108 as at today. Just have a feeling they may slip up on the final few games of the season.

The Warbank have 1 away game next week to the loyalist and we fancy our chances having beaten them 8-2 twice already this season. Then have 2 home games to the SAS and Rack Pack for which we are a strong home side. Finally last game down the Magnum Force a pub for which we do not like playing at. Still fancy us to win at least 3 out of the 4 so i predict a runners up spot for us at the least.

Magnum Force are also a good side along with the Rack Pack but maybe a point or two short of a winners / runners up spot unless the top 3 have a bad run in to the end of the season which is possible.

I predict to top 3 as follows.

We are looking forward to the game next week with the Warbank at the Farley, it will be a tough game and have been on the recieving end of a few hidings, but with a few quality signings recently and sexy pool of myself, it could be our night next week.

Scott by the way, oh stop it!!Shock

Certainly will be a close run in. Imps has a slight advantage with the remainder of a game to complete but flying machine has to win big to have any chance of going up so they won't make it easy.

I personally think all promotion spots will be decided on the last day and it'll be down to who can hold their nerve. Bring it on Wink
