Ruskin House 1 v 9 Floozies
Seems we've finally got competitive! Always a good laugh playing Ruskin House and good luck to them for the rest of the season.

to be honest we had a s**t night the view r a good team but they should not of won that many i think we took them for granted my game took 25 mins not because of the slow play but because i gave the player around 30 x 2 shots and to top it off when i got the shot i needed i f**ked it up the view had some good shots/games but also had a lot of lucky shots/games as well ones again it getting to the end of the season and we are near top again and starting to bulls it up anyway thanks to all the yong guns that turned up you know when luck is on your side & when it not JUST HOPE THE FARLEY WON BIG   |

Wow i expected to see a 5-5 or a narrow 6-4 victory to either side.
Well the result you've been waiting for.
Farley Untouchables 8 - The Oak 2
Before match started we would have took a 6-4 victory all day, and If you said that to the Oak who were unbeaten till now probably would have said no chance we will take the 6-4. So being a 1st vs 2nd game it was very important for us to get away from the rest of the bunch and cement promotion.
Tonight i must admit was a night it could have been a 5-5, But we had that little bit of the run of the green and without doubt the lads are over the moon with a 8-2. |

I wonder if that walk-over win claim has jinxed you guys for that game, i know most people were not happy about it but is this justice served now ?? Still...., im still shocked on that result and looking at the league now i think its great actually because many teams going for 2nd, provided we can keep up our scores and remain top. I dont think i would rule out the floozies tho as they are making a push now, Makes a good final 9 games left. Predictions anyone on final league positions ? |

i think u mite b right on that note toss (sorry hugo) but what a result 4 the veiw a there seem`s 2 b huge score lines 2nd half of the season and with our ave and 16 points clear it will take some stopping us but 2 b fair i think it will b the oak v the young guns that sound out runners up the oak have a great strong team and there results in previous weeks show that they were unlucky they grifted us a couple off games but we did as well with the new cloth on our hometable and our players not used 2 it i think all round it was a fair result... D

Not much to say, It was an uneventful and quiet night with more focus on the Liverpool game than the pool. Through Matt Ansell and John Bigwood we went 2 nil up. Matt and John won there other matches and nobody else did. Very demoralising but we will not be quitting. Apologies if I gave that impression before. |

It makes me laugh that you think Justice was done by our score line................how come the team that could not put a team out never gets the flack ..............the fact is it's Tuesday night pool (not Wednesday Thursday or Friday), you get your fixtures at the start of the season, and I aint gonna rearrange my life cause a team cant get 5 of their players to turn up to a HOME GAME and rings up the same day to cancel ..................now thats very sad especially when you only need 3 players to play a match which would have been better then giving a walkover win away...............think on mate!!!

i agree on part of your comments but its light banter and true tho did last week put of the young guns and not playing put them off match play lol.... well it will b a great final 8 match`s and we look 4ward 2 u guy`s turning up at our`s now remember the rule`s and dont b turning up late as we are not 1 4 calming game`s but listern 2 b fair don are a new team and deserved a little leave way...

Maybe it did maybe it didn't .............ithink if you look at our results we might have become complacent over the last few weeks ........but there is nothing like a 9-1 to bring you back down to earth .................next season we are thing of calling ourselves the Royal Chokers cause we always do against the teams that are around us in the table................looking forward to beating you in your own backyard lol
