Magnum Force 4 - 6 Rack Pack
Well we only needed 4 frames to qualify, but we were after winning the group. I doubt after this result that will be the case but stranger things have happened. It could have been more as we were 4-1 and 5-1 up but just happy to qualify for the next group stages.  |

Goodfellas 10 - BYE - 0
On the plus side - a BYE this week meant some of us could go to the Palace v Birmingham match without missing any pool.
On the minus side - Some of us went to the Palace v Birmingham match. Dreadful game.
In retrospect, I think we'd rather have turned up at Riley's to actually play BYE ! |

Yeah it could have been more (Paul was unlucky in his second) - could have been less though - especially with Brian, Mick, Darren and me all losing in the first half - i dont think thats ever happened before.
Well done to you guys though, you deserved the win. if it wasn't for our awful Goodfellas match we would both have gone through, so we won't blame it on you!
Bloody Goodfellas! If it hadn't snowed they woulda all been off watching palace lose!
I'm not bitter - just... um... well... er... yeah, bitter.
Let's just hope we dont get the group from hell again next season! |

Nah, BYE are rubbish. I think most teams have had a similar result against them, they didn't even bother showing up when we played them, they should be chucked out of the league! Even going to hang out with the trainspotters would be more fun. Rubbish team name as well...
