Twas 3-4 in favour of the worthy winners. Whilst we had our chances, credit where its due. 1-0 down, 2-1 up, 3-2 down which culminated in a decider as it went 3-3. both number 7's there for a reason ( no disrespect!!!) the final frame was offered to both teams several times.........oh well. congrats to the the elmer squad. do we get a saucer to compliment our run? idea

I thought Big Jake would have been on by now. He is either in the middle of writing his eighteen page match report or he is lying in a ditch somewhere having over-celebrated winning the first leg of the much-coveted treble.

In fact there was a celebration yesterday night for an hour or so back at the Elmer (thanks Ted) - and very nice it was too. But we were careful not to be too over zealous... We're all focussed on the closing matches now - I'm sure there will be plenty of time for crashing under tables if/when we win the league though drunk laughing

*winks* just saving my energy for the demolition we need to cultivate tonight.
