maybe 4 shags who knows,! next winter will see a revamped cuemasters one hopes! never seen goodfellas play so whose to say who is better but i certainly cant see the elmer slipping up at the langley, best hope for the langley mob is to leave the table as we normally find it you may have a chance then!laughing apart from the huggett brothers i cant see any other wins and despite the langleys 5-2 win earlier in the season i reckon it will be a reverse 1-6 or 2-5 the the elmer, still with a few heavy drinkers in there team im sure the bar staff will be kept busy.

You might be right Andy, but for your guide in the 5-2 win only one of the Huggett brothers played, and in thier 4-3 victory in the league cup the only Huggett brother who played lost so the real cuemasters will need to improve or rely on the roll of the table and dodgy cushions.

Caveman luckily I've got my specs on and can now read your inane twaddle. I have played both teams twice this season and Goodfellas seem a better team. They have achieved their results without probably their best player Dan Mason for most of the second half of the season.

Admittedly the Cue Masters, rather like Tottenham, seem to do pretty well in cup competitions but the League is all I was predicting.

I am happy to bet you ?50 that Goodfellas win the division title.:box:

Loving the banter!

Jerry - I'll txt caveman now and ask him if he wants to take your bet - if he doesn't and you're still minded to offer it, I'll take it laughing

Jerry I like it!!

You are 100% correct that losing Dan has definitely hurt us. We have played with 6 too many times and unfortunately the nominations cost us.

We too have done well in a cup, losing 4-3 in the quarters of the KO to a above table div 2 side who have been in the semi's 3 seasons in a row now.

With Dan back and our future in our own hands the title is ours to lose.

Jake if caveman doesn't want the bet you are welcome to take it up. Just confirm which one of you wants it.

Should be fun!

Caveman said he's not going to bet with someone he doesn't know as he'd never see the money... and asked me to tell you, that you must be having a funny spell laughing

I'll take your bet Jerry.

Can you pm me your name and number.

The bet is that GF will finish top of the division for 50-pounds. Let's agree that it has to be paid out no later than one week after the final weeks games of the season.

Good Luck! gossipping
