That makes two of us then. And bring along your new pretty boy signings if you like. Have to love the fact they wear yellow belts like Daniel.

The Legion beat the Warriors 7-0.
Sees us through to the Qtrs against either the Eden or The Eagles, depending on the Bloodhounds v Imperials result.

Not sue the clothes were scripted to be honest.... Anyway they have agreed to play for two nights whilst people are on holiday. Nothing more nothing less.
We obviously could have stolen players from other teams but didn't consider that ethical.

Not sure why you needed them last night considering you had enough to form a team without them. On the other hand, that's the respect we rightly deserve these days. |

I heard the Bloodhounds beat Imperials 4-3.
So two quarter-finals seem to be settled:
Farley Eden v British Legion
Red Deer Eagles v Bloodhounds

Yep we did indeed beat the Imperials 4-3, although we were 4-1 up and should have finished the match ruthlessly!!
I think we do now face the Eagles when we should be facing the Eden, although the 'Mighty Eden' seem to be the form team at the mo!
I thought the Legion would have a big win. How many players did the Warriors turn up with? |

Warriors had a full 7 players.
Their 1st player potted the black halfway through the frame & they could possible have nicked a couple of frames, i think we deserved a 5-2 at least, & with a bit of luck we took a 7-0.

A nice pack of those biscuits tucked into your back pocket would have matched your attire last night. After all returning to the 'Theatre of Dreams' must have brought back such fond memories for you all.... |

bromley cue masters 3-4 the patriots
a season low turnout of 4 players tonight for the cuemasters which was disapointing even more so after hearing the elmer cuemasters beat the magnum force 6-1, it meant if we had even won 4-3 tonight we would have qualified.
I hotfooted it to the Langley after playing a snoker match in Petts Wood at 8.00 to discover that only three others of our team were there. Wish I hadn't bothered. We managed to scrape to 3-4 but turning up short could have been unfair on the other two teams in the group.
There will have to be big changes next season. The Langley table is unplayable and we do not have enough reliable players to turn up each week. |
