i think u need 2 check your history i was an unpredictable but i was a driller as well.... and i was on the team that created history and if i remember right spanked the eden`s on the way 2 winning thr knockout cup tell me what u have done other than having a big mouth.. like i said this topic was about signing a player which i think u need 2 do so teach u wanna play 4 crap eden are looking mate......

Alex what's with the hostilities, On a thread that is pure friendly fun ?
Steve, Myself, Andrew and Barry are all friends and we can banter in this way with no feeling it is serious but when you come along and say ThePower wrote: Andrew & Alan, when is your wedding?

Maybe you should have a quick look at the Hall of Fame if you need to familiarise yourself on the Eden's achievements. There is of course one fundamental difference - I actually played in those matches!! |

Thanks Alan. I didn't realise what a great season I was having.
I'm sure Andrew would win the Divisional Singles, and be the best the player in Division 1. So I couldn't possibly waste my money on that well known fact. Amazed no Div 1 team has looked him up.

flash i will play the power but 2 make it more interesting..... loser quits croydonpool 4 good... let me state that i have never bigged myself up 2 being the best player in croydonpool but i can hold my own.... as this has gone far off topic and this stated out as a laugh between myself alan and teach the motor mouth power went a tad 2 far i can take comments made but 2 use this as his own little fun he has over stepped the mark

this is all a boring 2 me now... alex u wanna game money match or not pm me or just do what your best at   first div is wank they was 2 much moaning and knobs in it 4 me..thats y i left and yes my old mate dave i did help a newly created farley team 2 win div 5.. if i remember i did that cos i always promised 2 play 4 a farley team and this time kept my promise

Money matches seldom materialise as agreement always breaks down on stuff like venue, amount of money, and timing. I rarely play these days for the Eden and have not done so on a regular basis for a couple of seasons due to recurring back problems. Naturally before I agree to anything I'll need to be fit and have a period of time to prepare.
Besides if I'm honest playing you for a few quid and your Girls Aloud CD and DVD collection really isn't that much of an enticement to dragging myself 100+ miles on a day when I could be spending it with my kids, especially as any effort I would have to put in, would as a result, involve having to marvel at your Divisional 5 pool skills and your not so good 'boy band' looks.
Plus Andrew, I doubt we will be on the same wavelength when it comes to the sum to play for. You may not be able to lose the money it would take to bring me to the table for a money match. Of course, I'll happily play you - but let be honest now and say I won't do so if it's going to be for peanuts. I have beaten better than you and I have lost to worse than you, and will continue to do so, and therefore, the ''playing for pride'' argument means nowt to me.
And before anyone else says 'I'll play you'', forget it, this is not an auction!

Farley produces a new team every year, Thanks to people like you, Dom D'Souza, mickey Samuel, Cathy Fox, Mark Ban, Dianne, Fat Mc Dill,Paul Picton, Gary Smith and, many more... Those players move up the rank's... Or they move on to other teams... No offence Fran... but, the true Academy of Croydon Pool is The Farley... We produce more new players to the league than any venue but, Fran you can still be The Academy... Cos, The Farley is, "The Theater of Dreams"...

i think it is flash on the power`s b half..... power 100 miles each then i live in milton keynes yipppe dooooooooooooo told ya take my offer loser quits croydonpool then that way your have more family time wont ya and it will save you pennies on the petrol
