Excellent display of Eden resilience tonight. Some very tense frames but our finishing made the difference.

Chuckles,I thought that when we destroyed the Farley Eden on your behalf,you were certainties to win the group. Now you may not even qualify. How did your game against the Coach and Horses finish ? The winners of that game will go through as runners-up !! I presume that ,after Monday and last night,the Farley is not one of your favourite venues !! |

Well played to the eden last night. They played a tactical game that would have sent even the most die hard pool fanatic to sleep! But it was effective all the same and they deserved their win. Not sure if thats how they always play but 3 hours is certainly a long time to play 7 frames. I think we have qualified as we beat the coach 4-3 and we are level on points. Not been a good week for the Imperials but its the league that matters to us and anything else would have been a bonus. |
