Yes the door has finally been closed at the farley.its last pint will be pulled on friday 1st july.the farley has been part of the croydon league for years starting with the unpredictables.then many teams have played from there.its a shame its come to this but dave and betty needed a new challenge and we all wish them all the best in their new pub which is in croydon somewhere
Hopefully we will still be able to play poker at the new pub.anyone wishing to have a final pint at the farley on friday 1st are more then welcome.plus there may be kareoki
Lets give this fine pub a good sendoff.

Sadly I have a prior commitment on that evening but I wish Dave and Betty all the best with their new venture.

Do you mean that the Farley is closing forever? Or is it being taken over by someone else?

Future of far key uncertain at this time but will probably be turned into flats.lol

Sorry to hear that the Farley is closing soon. If it is to be converted into flats , it shouldn't present much of a problem. The beer has been flat for years. LOL
