After having a lengthy chat with Marc Rowson today it is the interpretation of a "walkover" that is in question and as such he will be raising this issue at the February general meeting.

Any team who fails to arrive and play in any one match during the season will be deemed as a New Team for the following season and will be automaticaly relegated to a 1 Division lower Division the following season should they re-apply for membership and a "Walkover Win" can be claimed by the opponents.
