If you do not play Inter-League or county for London then you can trail out Daniel ..... One does not have to be a county player for surrey either.

Last nights all Croydon SCPA Inter-League match resulted in a 18-9 victory to the A's over the B's ........ match was played with good banter and the A's did play very well and deservedly took the victory

Just to remind those that are attending this sunday that registrations will be taken between 12.00 - 12.30pm with a start time of 12.45pm prompt. The trials will be based on a full group 1 frame round robin (which equates to a 120 frames based on the full 16 players turning up) and 6 tables have been pre-booked for this purpose.

Nice to see a competitive turn out. We knew some players couldn't make it but some of the others clearly are all mouth and no trousers. Shame though. #bringonthekeyboardwarriors

Regardless of why the non starters did not turn up or offer any apologies to why not, the trialists that did turn up played in a competive spirit and I am looking forward to taking these lads into the county qualifiers and hopefully to the nationals. Its good that I'm taking an old player from my 1990's squad in Tony Nuttman into this campaign and without a doubt his experience and sense of humour will settle the new lads down. I have no doubt that the 2015 'B' team squad will do well and I thank all that turned up today,

Ben, its good that your on board m8 but I got to say that the 2014 squad have set the goal post for the 2015 SCPA season by finishing 5th in both the KO and League comps in 2014 and so anything higher in 2015 will set the goal posts again.

and I forgot to mention that the 'B's finished in the last 64 in the nationals in 2014 so no pressure on the 2015 'B' team squad ............... I do have faith though lads !!!!

Yes the bs did very well last year , don't think Steve will have the same problem as last year with numbers so expect the a team he has this year will be very stong and wiv the likes of your good self nuttman knocky , and the rest of the lads we will be just fine and hold our own

I had indicated I would go, and didn't so I apologise for that. I simply forgot, pure and simple, and realise this is not down to advertising, Igot about 100 emils!!!

I wouldnt like to be judged as a keyboard warrior or all mouth etc, and having played around 400 frames for Croydon in the past dont really want to be judged this way.

Anyway, should either squad find themselves short, then ill happily be on standby. not that I suspect you will be short anytime.

Good luck, maybe next year for me!

Fair play Paul and thanks for the heads up re your post ..... You've been a massive player for Croydon over the years and those comments were made by a new rep team player who obviously got a bit over excited re qaulification and I don't personally think that it was aimed at you ........... I'll send you fixture lists when they become apparent for both squads and you know your more than welcome to play if either come up short at anytime.

I totally agree with Mark, it wasn't meant as a dig at you Paul, just a couple of others I know that made it clear time and time again they were coming so it was just friendly banter.
