Going to have this event at frames on the 19th october
Only open to current members that play in the Croydon league
Cost =£10 per entre
Best of 9 up to semi finals
Start time 11am registration for draw to take place by 11.30
Prize money dependent on number of runners
Tables on free play
Remember this comp is only for Croydon league members
That play in summer or winter leagues
Please register interest below,will take entre fee on day but you can also pay at frames before hand if you so wish
Hopefully we will have 64 runners.
There will also be a plate competition for 1st round losers for £5 enter
Pro cup balls being used
Speed comp during the day half proceeds going towards cancer research £1per go

There will also be a plate comp for anyone that loses in the first round at a cost of £5 or if we do get 64 runners the plate will be free to enter
So let's try and get as many runners as possible

Chris a question mate I no the comp starts at end of season if I am registered with a new team in croydon for the new season am I eligible to play in this comp? Prob not but thought I'd ask

Can also add that we have now been given permission to use surreys pro cup balls for the comp which is great news

Also during the day I will hopefully run a speed ball comp,
Which will be a pound a go with half the total going to the winner and the other half going towards cancer research.
Should be a good day,I do have Gary helping out with events but if anyone out there could help I could do with 1 more helper.

SPEED POOL RULES
£1 per go
Pot all the balls in any order apart from the black ball which must be potted last
Timer starts when you strike the cue ball to break
Timer stops as soon as black is potted
If black ball potted not last then time does not count
No limit to amount of goes
Names will be taken on the day
Remember fastest time will collect 50% of the pot with the other50% going to cancer research.
Even if you are not in the main comp you are more than happy to have a go if you think you are fast enough.
