At the top right of the page under your username click on edit profile.

Near the foot of the profile where it says Avatar click on browse and find the photo you want to use. The photo needs to be on your PC if it is online somewhere save it to your PC first. Click on update profile.

New layout will take a little time to get used to, but I'm glad to see a bigger range of smileys:)
