Pond Q's 8 The Warbank 2 Our good friends, who I believe are probably the best team in Addington, did not really turn up tonight . A couple of games could have gone either way, but overall the result was about right. Quite an early finish too !! Happy Days !! Can't wait for Scott's version of events. It should make interesting reading. :lol:

Yes Pat have got to agree a woeful display of pool from the Warbank
still the pond played exceptionally well in some of the frames.

Pat, having slept on the bad result last night i can honestly say after nearly 20 years of playing in the croydon league that was probably the worst team display i have ever played in.
Missed chances, running out of position and snookering ourselves in nearly all games we as Ian put it were woeful.
Summing up, me not even hitting a cushion after playing a shot in my last game tells the story of the evening. I could rant on about bad luck, lottery numbers etc but whats the point :lol: You need to make your own luck over one frame of pool!
WeLL played guys as always appreciate the friendly banter between the two sides.
Our friends at the Warbank will be looking forward to your visit!! :lol:

Another rubbish finish after being 7-1 up, but we're now starting to show the kind of form that saw us survive division 1 relatively comfortably in the winter.
Maybe we can move into the promotion mix after all!!! :clap:
