Come on Knocky, we all love your optimism and your hunger but we all know your dream effectively 'ends' tomorrow night....
Even you must admit. Summer Div 1 is micky mouse.

every week we are told the rack pack will lose, not once have we played our strongest line up and yet we have lost only 1 game(unluckily) to the prop, yet again knocky recons we will lose even though he knows they were lucky to get a draw against us last week:kiss:

the prop will be league leaders by this time tomorrow.
the unpredictables will hang on to 2nd spot for a few more weeks but it won't be long before they drop behind the rack pack.
they need a win tonight to stand any chance in the title race but i've a feeling they used up all they're luck last week!

Two 'first half' games to go including tonight . . Three points in it . .
The Unpredictables have The Patriots next week where as The Prop play a Hot Shots who are a mere shadow of last year's title winning team . .
It seems of late that The Unpredictables are playing with a fairly small squad, choosing to play their stronger players twice and sneaking MOD a frame here and there . . The Prop on the other hand are fairly even throughout the line up . .
Regardless of all of this, Rod Altes is back for The Prop . . Had he have been there throughout the season The Prop wouldn't 2nd right now and we wouldn't be having this discussion . .
. . I know one man doesn't make a team but when we're talking about Rod getting two frames a night it certainly makes the difference over 18 weeks!
The Propeller 6-4 The Unpredictables

Didn't realise Rod hadn't played. Just had a look at the stats and see Clifford Mills is back and unbeaten. Could be carnage tonight....
Out of interest, with the Hot Shots talking of disbanding their team next Winter or all be it playing mainly their old squad, I presume Rod is on the move. Have the Prop secured his services next Winter?

As far as I know he played a couple of away games but is now a regular . . I know Macca tries to play everyone at least once but would be highly surprised if he didn't give Rod two frames a week . .
If there were no Hot Shots I imagine he'd be nailed on to play for The Prop . . All it would take would be for a couple of the existing Hot Shots to be interested in tagging along and The Prop would be serious contenders for the title . .

I briefly spoke to him a couple of weeks ago in the Farley & basically said if Hot Shots have a team then he will play for them.............
