Just noticed on another thread that Charles Burrows aka Chas aka Charlie aka The Fonz has just updated his already bizarre signature with a piece of poetry . .

Taking my shots looking cool, my self-esteem's growing tall.
Losing eyes this game is cruel. I do my thing playing pool.

This bloke is easily the best character in the league right now and deserves his own thread . . I played him a couple of weeks back and his mannerisms are hilarious and he was telling me how much I was going to beat him by and spent the rest of the match laughing and doing other funny stuff . .

. . I've never seen anyone enjoy the game as much as Charles and is great value off the table . . More people need to be like him IMO . .

Charles Burrows . . We salute you!

He can also play the odd frame of pool. Should have put Rod out in the first round of the Farley open yesterday.

He has a funny habit of missing something really easy then smashing a ball up the line at 90mph . . If he can add some sort of consistency to his game he'll be quite handy . .

If more people were like me since the dawn of time, we?d all be travelling fast through space and time at 90 light-years per hour. But the local paper shop would be more like 900 years to reach.

I?m playing Rod again later this season. I?m very much looking forward to that rematch.

I?m consistently inconsistent.

Charles Burrows... We salute you!

Metal 'til I die! You're all just jealous and wish you were me... Not my fault I strive for perfection in a society of in-perfection.

And at least I don't have a picture of a spoilt fat snooker player from cornwall who is falling down the rankings quite fastly too.

I've never ever liked mr. Lee. Don't get me wrong, he has a great cueing action! But if he's playing against someone like grame dott I'd want dott to win anyday, and that's saying something!

But at least my signature photo is me and not someone else.

I?m sorry Danny but the look in your eyes takes my breath away.
If I could re-arrange the alphabet I'd put "U" and "I" together.

I can vouch for billy's picture it's a great one. One of our team actually said hey is that Stephen Lee (granted that was a stupid comment, given we were playing in a division four croydon pool comp!) but there is a striking resemblance.

I think Lee is a class act. Dott always looks far too gaunt for me! Lee just needs to find his consistency - one of my all time favourite players.

Dott is a squeaky little fool - the worst snooker player to have ever won anything. He looks like Tom Hanks in the latter stages of Philadelphia.

lol took the thought out of my head. I was looking for a tactful way of saying that but couldn't think of one. Nicely done
