Lodgers 5-6 Penge Con Boys

An epic night that saw some great pool, a lot of which was followed by something shocking from the same player...frames were often won unexpectedly, but there was never more than one frame in it until we took frame 10 for the match...this was an encounter between two teams vying for the title, and the form book got pretty much ripped up and thrown away...however, based on what I saw, Murali from the Lodgers played well, Peter "Legend" Brooks played some of the best shots I have ever seen him play, and Trevor "Part-Time" Payne was going great guns until he knocked the black in off in the final frame to end with 2/3.

An enjoyable night (as always) with familiar faces...good luck for the rest of the season guys!!!
