Surrey Arms 5-5 Seamen

Another epic night....despite getting a shot at the black in two of the first three frames, we found ourselves 3-0 down, and fearing the worst...a drawn out tactical frame gave our first win, and a relatively quick fifth saw a respectable 3-2 at half way...although we felt we should have been 4-1 up, with steadier nerves...a bit of luck and a bit more bottle saw us level at 3-3...The Surrey regained the lead in the seventh, before we levelled the scores again in the eighth...despite taking the ninth, they were unable to close the game out...

Info for stat watchers...Neil Hall 0/2 tonight, James Hills 0/2 tonight...two of the top three in the divisional singles....still all to play for!!!

twister that is very unfortunate, lol, good game last night, seamen played well think we should of had this game tied up but well played to the seamen gave us a tough game hope they can do the same in 2 weeks time against the view as we are only now 6 points clear of them, getting very close to the finnish line:clap:

Cue Slammers 3 - 7 Another View

This result does not look good for Cue slammers but! and a big but!, they only had three players, so i am sure they are happy to have won at least a game each.

Amir 2/2 did not play
Paul 2/2 did not play
Simon in the running for the singles trophy, did play 1/1
well done to Colin, John for winning there games.

slammers are a great team, shame they could not field a full team but we will take whatever wins are available.

Best of luck for rest of season.
