Seamen 8-2 Lodgers

Despite the scoreline, a hard fought match...our first two wins were major battles to resurrect lost causes, otherwise we could have been 4-0 down....the fifth was put on a plate, and we felt relieved to be 3-2 up at halfway....

The second half felt like we could do no wrong...if we played a bad shot, it wasn't capitalised on...don't get me wrong, it wasn't a walk in the park, the Lodgers were not giving up without a fight...they just didn't take their chances, and we did (albeit in some cases at the third time of asking...)

Last week was our worst result of the season...tonight was our best...go figure!!

Well played Lodgers, a hard but fair fight, and an enjoyable night...as well as a late one!!!

That's about all that needs to be said on that matter!

Well played- the Cue Slammers made losing 8-2 as enjoyable as it could be. Lovely bunch, good luck for the rest of the season. :thumb:
