The Propeller's Tom Jackman makes his way to Barnsley tomorrow for the 2008 England Youth Trials where he will join over 50 other Under-18's battling it out for a place in the England Youth Team and follow in the footsteps of Kye Pickett who done the just that back in 2005 . .

. . good luck from everyone at CroydonPool.com!

I forgot he was back in the Juniors . . Would be very surprised if he didn't get in this year . . If he keeps his head he'll walk it . .

Good luck TJ and Nigel. Two completely different styles of play but both would be a welcome addition to the England Junior team.

News in from Brian Petty, the lateset scores from Barnsley:

Tom Jackman is now out unfortunately :(

Other Surrey Juniors...

Liam Pearson - Played 3, Won 3

George Reeves - Played 2, Won 2

Jack Smithers - Played 2, Won 1

Steve Chambers - Played 2, Won 1

To qualify for the England squad, you have to win 6 matches before you lose 3.
