Yep done and dusted and at week 16.
Well done to the guys & Gals of The Better Halfs.
Unlucky to The Waddon Misfits last night.
I recall big cheers much earlier in the season when we were beaten up 9 - 1 for some reason and that a certain team was going to hold their position and go on to win the division.
What happened ?
I very much dout if any further scores will be posted here because the race is still very much on for second spot and posts always tend to go ever so quiet.

Sorry Steve .. I think your recent encounter with the Eden has gone a bit to your head mate .. we dont do mind games at the ship pal, it's not our style, we turn up .. beer it up .. and play some pool and thats it.
Also dont ever remember saying we were gonna win the league .. we had a very good first half of the season but thats all (the post from that night as proof)

The Ship 9-1 Better Halfs

Fantastic result for us against a quality side and the division favourites.
Only a full length double in the last frame stopped it being a complete whitewash, to be fair we had the run in the first couple of frames but after that it was one of our best performances with some really good tactical stuff.

No doubt they will be looking forward to the return match .. until then AVVVVVEEE IT !!!



Regarding posts .. if im on i will post, if not i wont simples .. plus normally someone from the otherside will post so i dont have to :computer:

Well done for winning the league and good luck in your knock out cup final.

We also had a good win against a depleted suzies side .. sorry to hear that they are folding, but am sure they all will find new teams as they are all very capable players :)

Wayne, Beating the Eden has'nt goneto my head and I know for sure that we are yet to meet our toughest challenge with the Rack Pack but as per usual we will give it our best and see what the outcome maybe. At the end of the day we have nothing to loose.
With regard to the divisional win I guess it as gone a little to my head having lost to yourselves by such a big deficit and fighting hard throughout the rest of the season to catch up and go on to win.
I don't think that last post is from Andre. In fact I'm sure that post is not from Andre. That is not his style.
I think you may be apologising if I'm correct.

As I said Wayne, it will be our toughest challenge we have yet to face but with all due respect, how many div 1's have we taken out to get us to the final.
We very probably will loose but at the end of the day we have nothing to loose but I'm sure a fun and exciting evening is going to be enjoyed by all.
What will every one be saying should we win it ?
I guess it will be that we were just lucky again.
