Has anyone got a copy of the registraion/sign up form for the 2009/10 Winter season they can email me please?
I've got everything else, but can't seem to find the form anywher to sign the players up.

Oh, and when you do start signing people up, don't sign some bloke called Dan Reeks, he's a bit rubbish.
