Right. . . .
Anyone else think that it's about time a thread on this site was about POOL for once???
The recent Shinannigans in other threads has drove a lot of people away, and it's a shame as this was once a integral site for all Surrey Pool.
I don't want any responses to those remarks, I just hope thier taken on board.
I find it hard to believe that here we are, on the final straight of what has been THE closest Division 1 title for many a year, and it doesn't even get an airing. . . It's pathetic really.
There are only 5 league games left, and the top four are seperated by just 7 points.
To boot, the top four play tonight against eachother.
League Table as of week 17:
The Eagles 108
Hot Shots 104
Propeller 103
Patriots 101
Tonights matches:
The Eagles vs. The Hot Shots
The Propeller vs. The Patriots
Surely people can find the time to speculate on these REAL pool matters within our league???
If title watching is not your cup of tea, The Bloodhounds vs. Pond Q's at the other end of the table will not be for the faint hearted either.
Come on CroydonPOOL.com . . . Let's discuss some POOL.
You never know. . . .

Hot Shots don't seem to be quite the unit they were & i think if the egos can get off to a good start then they will win this 7-3
As for the prop match - I'd imagine it will be 6-4 to them but the patriots are producing when it matters, but i imagine a home win
As for hounds v q's - another 5-5 for pats chaps
Tonight the eden are very short of players
Me/Alex/Scott H/Scott L/Arthur to name 5 so it is down to
Barry/Rab/Farron/Keith & pedro to avenge last nights draw
come on boys have it

Hot Shots banged in a ten nil last week to get themselves back into the mix but if the Egos are at full strength I'd expect them to win. The Prop should beat the Patriots.
Bloodhounds must win tonight. They are starting to close the gap but need to keep in touch.
Btw I agree totally with Spud's opening remarks. Let's talk about pool and not phantom pool money matches.

I totally agree with your sentiments young Sean. I think that most users have had more than enough of the fantasy pool matches which have been created and perpetuated in the minds of the more intellectually challenged minority !! Moving on to more important matters tonights results will be as follows: Unpreds 6 Legion 4
Hounds 0 Pond 10
Eagles 6 Lewisham A 4
Lewisham B 5 Cuemasters 5
The New Prop 5 The Old Prop 5
Eden 2 Jolly 8
