I've noticed that the site is very very slow since these changes. Does anyone have similar problems and are they going to be fixed?

Most people do not use the 56k dial up any more Dave you need to change your current provider Smile

I havent noticed any slow down personally but there is a change I can make to the hover box which may speed the site up I will make it later and post on here

Will modify the hover box so that it does not get so much of the last post, that will reduce the size of the main page

Is this the area where the slow down has been noticed or is it in other places as well?

Paul, thanks for your work - and compliments to Danny for his assistance.

Mark - nice to see a voice of reason...what else do you expect from a moderator!!!

Big dog dave - i see where you're going....and (hope I) understand the thinking....question for you though....will it benefit anyone?

dotcom.....i'd be embarrassed to post with spelling like yours...you fully deserve the award of the wooden spoon...although some might say it should be administered to your arse....i wouldn't, cos i don't want to clean up afterwards....

Don't think you will get many arguments there Statto but, word of warning Mr Walters gets a little touchy, touchy, when comments are made about arse's... Can't understand why... Cos that's where he seems to spend most of his time...
He lost the plot with The Power, threatened violence cos, he thought The Power said fag... When all we where doing was going for a smoke... roll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughingroll on the floor laughing
