Be advised that the Half-Season General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15th February 2017 (from 8.15pm) at the Penge Conservative Club, 55 Croydon Road, Penge SE20 7TG
Secretaries please note Section 7g of the League Constitution:-
"ANY TEAM FAILING TO BE REPRESENTED AT GENERAL MEETINGS WITHOUT A PRE-INFORMED APOLOGY SHALL BE FINED £20"
If you wish to propose any alterations to the current League Rules or Constitution then this must be submitted to the league (together with details of your seconder - refer Item 7d of the League Constitution) by no later than Saturday 4th February to which will be included on the agenda which will be furbished on Wednesday 8th February.
Under no circumstances can any proposals be accepted if they are raised on the night unless they are amendments to pre-published proposals on the agenda.
