Good match last night table played really well after a little bit of work , Gary and John where a class above on the night 2 dishes each thought we well deserved our win , Danny's dish in the last could prove massive cone the end of the season

Av no idea wats gone on in my absence but at a guess we lost last week n certain players dug others out n caused trouble...I wil b bak next week Mr H so leave our team in it until then pls as I'm sure wel get 4 or 5 players to sign or stay...I ain't in it to win stuff as such just tradition n our league needs more teams not less n unpredictables bloody enter a team y Don't u, me no comprende ..Our league is dying let's do our best to save it n maybe each team should sign for a combined summer winter league to keep it goin n to stop all this B'S. ..think people before its to late...1 last thing patriots got shuffled up 3 or 4 divisions as we ad 4 div1 players but this woz fair as we didn't abuse lower league teams n they could play in there division with a chance to win ....

Actually Mr Jackson the team won 7-4. There was no trouble,so in future I'd get ur facts right before guessing that there was in team arguing & trouble caused.

The underlying problem across the whole league is that there aren't enough new players coming in. This results in all teams relying on a smaller pool of players to be 100% committed to whatever team they sign for.

For good reasons, not everyone can give a 100% commitment guaranteed across a season, so every side needs sufficient backup. That won't happen unless new players are encouraged into the league, and that's where the focus should really be. With the Croydon format, for a normal winter or summer season, then in my opinion, every team needs a squad of 8 players with at least 3 or 4 of those 100% committed to play every week. If a team has less than this at start of season, then they need to be looking for backup players, otherwise they will risk playing short.

Arguments about who plays for what team, and what division shouldn't really matter, and are quite petty really. Freedom to choose who you want to play for is healthy, but there needs to be loyalty for the season once signed, and an understanding on level of commitment expected.

To summarise, everyone involved with Croydon pool should be getting new players to join our league, and encouraging rookies to keep picking up the stick. Always admired Mr Bannister for his attitude, because he's always signed anyone that wanted to play for his team in spite their ability (looks like he's still letting in the rookies !)

Like I said I woz guessing Ricky as I weren't there n could not c any reason for us not to ava team unless so called team players started arguments forcing others to leave or reevaluate there commitment...I no ov 4 players who av left or considered leaving bcos ov certain players behaviour. ..u sound like u ava guilty concense m8 for sum reason...fancy mick od we could ava team the unpropdictables , me n German with u lot again n maybe a couple ov others mite b an idea as we could get 10 players but only 6 wil prob turn up N we can all rotate n av time outs with no hassle or no pressure butter wouldn't melt ...

57. Any team deducted points under Rule 54 will have the option of paying a £20 fine per 6 points deducted within 14 days of
the offence for the deducted points to be re-instated.
