Myself, Michael, Dino, & the Clarkes will not be making a return in the winter im afraid. I myself have played League Pool for 25 years and its time to have a break. Dino hardly ever picks up a cue these days, Michael is concentrating on his career as a teacher & the Clarkes were just finding the travelling a pain. I hope the League goes on to bigger & better things and im not counting out a return in the future. Met some nice people over the last 5 years and I wish you all well. Sean Halligan.

Sorry to see you all leave Sad

I for one will miss the Eagles v Hot Shots matches as they're the only ones that are worth playing in Sad

Or not to mention the 'Clarkes' only bothered to play 11 or so league games last season and you just won the last league by only a handful of points plus the odd deduction here and there for a late card....laughing

If any of the Hot Shots are looking for a team in the Winter, then look no further than The Rack Pack! big grin

Although, it will be sad if they do fold for good.

We all know how good Rod is but it's a testiment to Sean,Micheal and Dino how easy they make the game look and young Nigel, if he keeps his hunger will one day be a superstar. As Danny said it's very hard to keep your hunger over the years, we raised our game because we had to,as the Hotshots are so good. For the realative small time they have been in league they have left their mark on the league along with teams like the Characters, the Cheeters and the original Drillers.Well played Sean.

I take it the Hot Shots are playing tonight, i don't want to see them fold, but i also don't want to travel to lewisham for no reason either.
I would rather be playing golf

at the moment we are staying around for this season but with only myself, lee and mark and surported by michael eldridge and charlie and simon making the odd cameo.
i myself have no real wish to play anymore and have given up playing county too and i am only playing at the mo due to loyalty to simon but in the winter i think that the hotshots team will consist mainly of coach and horses players plus lee and mark

Sad

It's commendable that you're planning on seeing the season out considering how many teams drop out with no regard to the implications clapping
